This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for KatBill (Monthly and other paid plans). Free plan users are not charged and this policy does not apply to free access.
KatBill is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered online through our website and mobile application. There is no physical shipping. Access is granted immediately or shortly after successful payment.
Refund requests may be considered only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful payment. After seven (7) days from the payment date, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused subscription time, account closure, change of mind or non-use of features.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at hello@katbill.com or call 8553285532 with:
- Registered mobile number or email on the KatBill account
- Payment date and transaction / order reference from your bank or payment provider
- Brief reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment gateway timelines.
- Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
- Partial-month usage after the refund window has expired
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account termination
- Third-party payment gateway or bank charges (if any)
You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period unless your request falls within the 7-day refund window above.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the matter is investigated.

Governing law & jurisdiction: These policies are governed by the laws of India. All disputes, claims and matters arising out of or relating to KatBill, our website, mobile application, subscriptions or these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
