KatBill is a digital software service. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how access is delivered after purchase.
Upon successful payment and account verification, paid plan features are activated on your KatBill account for use on our Android app and/or web dashboard. No physical goods are shipped.
Access is typically enabled immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases (payment verification delays, technical issues), activation may take up to 24 hours.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or force-majeure events may cause temporary downtime.
